Growing Microgreens:
Soaking arugula seeds is optional but can help speed up germination. Soak in tepid water for about 4-6 hours.
Moisten soil or growth medium, spread the arugula seeds evenly over the growth surface. Lightly press to smooth evenly. Cover for 1-2 days. Check soil daily to ensure it is moist.
Uncover and place under direct light, or place in an area with sufficient indirect light. mist the seeds gently but thoroughly. The soil should be moist but not waterlogged.
Rotate your microgreens crop to prevent greens from bending toward the light and becoming leggy. Sample and harvest when the look and flavor is to your liking.
