🌱 Growing Microgreens 🌱
Moisten soil or growth medium and spread seeds evenly over the surface. Press lightly to smooth. Mist with water until damp, then cover for 1–3 days. Check daily to keep moist.
Uncover and place in a well-lit area with at least 12 hours of light. Mist gently but thoroughly to maintain moisture.
Harvest in 7–14 days when microgreens reach 2–3 inches in height. Rotate trays regularly for even growth and to prevent legginess.
